Shared buying : buy 1/12 of the shares ( per month of annual occupation ) of the SCI giving the rights to real estate usage during the period chosen and for the length of the emphyteutic lease ( multi-property offer ).

Length proposed : a period of 3 consecutive months per year ( more is a possibility ). 3 investors maximum.

Price : 30,000€ for 3 consecutive months ( equals 25 % of the shares ) according to a chosen period.

Legal status of the terrain : emphyteutic lease with the Madagascan state in court and recognition of the terrain undertaken.

SCI with a capital of 2,000,000 ariarys

A settlement of co-ownership is established in order to divide the responsibilities ( buy a generator, eventually buy a boat jointly etc… )

The villa is non-furnished. A guard assures permanent surveillance of the villa.
